Our primary customers are small businesses with 50 employees or fewer companies that often lack dedicated in-house IT teams. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, here’s how we make it simple: ✔ Canceling an Appointment Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, a $50 late cancellation fee may apply. ✔ Rescheduling You can reschedule free of charge if you do so 24 hours before your appointment. Rescheduling within 24 hours may include a $25 fee, depending on availability. ✔ Missed Appointments If you don’t show up and haven’t canceled, the full service charge will apply. ✔ Emergencies Happen Life is unpredictable—we get it! If something urgent comes up, just reach out. We’ll do our best to work with you. ✔ Refunds Prepaid services canceled on time will be refunded in full. Late cancellations will be refunded minus any applicable fees.

Welcome to Nexus4 IT LLC. By using our services, you agree to the following terms: 1. Services We provide IT support under a break/fix model, including hardware, software, and advanced IT solutions. Service details and pricing will be shared before work begins. 2. Payment Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. Accepted methods: Credit/Debit Card, ACH, or approved options. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest fee. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancel 24+ hours before: No fee Cancel within 24 hours: $50 fee Reschedule within 24 hours: $25 fee No-shows: Full service charge applies (See our Cancellation Policy for details.) 4. Liability We take reasonable care in providing services. Nexus4 IT LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, including data loss, unless caused by gross negligence. Clients are responsible for backing up critical data. 5. Warranty Services are provided “as is.” Hardware/software warranties remain with the manufacturer. Post-service support may be available at additional cost. 6. Privacy We respect your confidentiality and will not share sensitive information without consent, except as required by law. 7. Governing Law These terms follow the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. 8. Updates We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted here.
